What it's all about

In the fast pace of day-to-day management, many managers lose touch with themselves. Between crisis management, pressure to make decisions and a focus on results, there is often little room for real presence and clarity. Many experience a paradoxical simultaneity: constant visibility and inner loneliness.

The space for leadership is a place to pause and develop. A space of experience beyond routines, in which self-leadership becomes the basis of effective leadership.

How I work with you

I will accompany you in your personal development process – in a safe environment and with a fixed group of a maximum of 12 managers. The mixture of self-awareness, resonance, theoretical impulses and personal supervision enables deep insights.

New perspectives emerge through reflective dialogue with others. The modules are designed to help you recognise your inner patterns, hone your personal leadership profile and develop emotional flexibility.

We work on specific leadership situations from your everyday life and there is the opportunity for peer counselling, supervision and case work. The focus is on self-awareness and understanding your own patterns – not on learning techniques or tools.
